For those of you who don't already know us, here is a quick bio for Rayne. He is the Alexander-Worthen Team Lead. Rayne grew up in Las Vegas and has been a REALTOR® for almost 20 years. He was able to make it through the up and down markets and is still going strong. Education is a large part of longevity in this business and it helps our team stay atop of any type of real estate market so our team can be as effective as possible while representing sellers, buyers and investors. Each of their needs are different.
Being a Commercial and Residential REALTOR® is Rayne's passion and calling. There is no greater honor for him than being trusted to help an individual's dreams come true. Each transaction is unique and there is nothing like calling a client to say an offer has been accepted or presenting an offer to a seller that he knows will allow them to move forward in their future.
Our team consists of 4 agents. So you not only get one of us, you get all 4 of us working hard on your behalf. Combined we have over 35 years of experience. Kimberly brings her passion to the team helping seniors and those families that have to navigate through probate, also through the divorce process. Ali is passionate about helping those that have experienced hardships and need to navigate through challenges of pre-foreclosure or short-sales. She also works with investors both locally and Out of State. Kaley provides an exceptional experience with our clients that want a "NEW BUILD" and to our military, both retired and active.

We are Senior Real Estate Specialists as well as Probate Certified and help families through the challenges that come without a will for the estate or with family members that are in different stages of life. We are Accredited Buyers Representatives, helping home buyers have an exceptional experience with their home buying. Our team works with investors both locally and out of state.
The Alexander-Worthen Team donates to various charities monthly. We are involved in animal rescue.We are proud sponsors of The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Dream Home Giveaway benefiting those fighting their childhood cancer fight. As adoptive parents, something close to our hearts we like to give back when we can. We also practice random acts of kindness as we move about the community daily such as giving an extra large tip to a hard working server or buying a cup of coffee for a stranger just to put a smile on their face. Giving to others is really what rocks both of our worlds. We volunteer at Project 150 helping our homeless High Schoolers navigate through their challenges. You can find us on the 3rd Saturday of the month, helping The Just One Project hand out food to our community in need. It was a true honor to be the recipients of the LVR Good Neighbor Award.

Where do I even begin. The first thing that I can tell u is that Rayne is beyond amazing! He is such a trustworthy and caring guy. He was extremely patient whenever my husband and I had any questions. My husband and I had some horrible experiences with 3 different realtors who promised us to get the job done, only to waste our time and fail. We currently live out of state as my husband is Military so that on its own makes things more difficult but Rayne was always on top of everything and always kept in touch with us to let us know exactly what was going on. Our house in Las Vegas was underwater for 10 years . We tried Loan modification with Bank of America , providing documents after documents to BofA to no avail. Only headache , frustrations, and so much stress were afforded to me and my husband . To keep our sanity , our decision was to leave the house for foreclosure . Our friend in the Bay Area recommend Rayne Alexander . Rayne recommended to do Short Sale instead. Rayne started the process right away in a very professional way. Our stress level was greatly diminished . The expertise of Rayne dealing with the bank made the process of short sale made life easy for us .
